1 in 5 new drivers come with an accident in their newbie – and three,000 get BANNED – The sun's rays


AS many as one in five drivers will be involved with an auto accident within their first Twelve months of driving, new information has found.

It estimated that the alarming 170,076 new drivers have been involved in an accident in the UK between April 2021 and March 2021.

Conducted by GAP insurance agent ALA, the survey found that 22 per cent of new drivers were in a collision for the reason that period, and gathered their estimate from the 815,168 drivers that passed their practical test during the same time frame.

More than half of those new drivers in an accident had incurred a cost related to their own or someone else's vehicle – and 10 % incurred costs exceeding
